Originally from Arcadia, California, Jim has called Hawaii home for the past 28 years. With a background that includes professional baseball with the Pittsburgh Pirates organization and service with both the Riverside and L.A. County Sheriffs, Jim now works as a manufacturers rep specializing in roofing and waterproofing systems. Passionate about real estate and community impact, Jim is committed to helping individuals find homes they might not otherwise afford—building a legacy of service, faith, and opportunity, one property at a time as a Real Estate investor.

Co-Founder

Born and raised on Oʻahu, Lei is a dedicated mother of four and a practicing nurse practitioner. With a deep passion for helping others, she is expanding her impact through real estate investing—using her commitment to care, service, and community to help families build a brighter future.
